The unwanted visitor<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

At times, I find myself with an unwanted visitor who walks around my mind with the intention of taking control of a place that’s not its property.<\/p>\n

I know that every time it comes, it tells me the same story, over and over again…
I already know how it goes and how it ends; I know all the details.<\/p>\n

It goes away once it gets what it wants, leaving a mess behind. And I have to clean up and put everything back together.<\/p>\n

How many times are we going to clean up after it?<\/p>\n

Why do I always open the door when it shows up, or even do things that I know attract it to my house?<\/p>\n

It’s not about feeling guilty for letting that happen over and over again. I just need to let it know that it is unwanted<\/strong>. It’s time to take back control of my own house, as it’s supposed to be.<\/p>\n

This unwanted visitor is an intrusive thought that makes me work against my evolution goals.<\/p>\n

It’s not easy, but I learnt that I can get ready in advance and gather all the elements to start to see it from far away.<\/p>\n

And every time I do, I’m setting up one more stone in order to build the fort that will let me take back control of my mind and make it my own again.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
